Man drops Marijuana, Eludes Police in Tobago



The manhunt is now on for a resident of Bon Accord.

The man known to police officials, is reported to have been in possession of seven kilos of marijuana.

According to police reports, around 10.05 pm, the man was spotted walking along Kilgwyn Bay beach with two black plastic bags.

When Acting Corporal Clarke and Sergeant Alleyne proceeded to approach the man, he dropped the bags and made good his escape. A warrant has since been issued for the man's arrest.

A car was also spotted in the area without a licensed registration number plate attached. Investigations continue into the incident.
